4yWe are so sorry you felt that there was no communication. Currently, local leadership visit and meet with their teams to provide two-way communication. They communicate their needs in the field to support services, but we are an organization of continuous improvement, so we are always looking for ways to be better.
Also, our holiday schedule for 2022 will change! As for pay, we frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive.
