Pros

i love our families and clients, i enjoy working for my supervisor because she makes me feel valued and appreciated, i like the autonomy of being able to run my own clinic.

Cons

HR takes forever to do anything about a problem employee, reinforces disrespectful and bad behavior, pay is not competitive, doesn't appreciate or try to retain valuable staff members, forced to work Saturdays, BCBA caseload requirements have significantly increased, not enough job responsibilities for the center administrator role, toxic work environment, takes away holidays each year, requires work on Christmas eve and the day after thanksgiving, pto accrual is at a low rate so it takes 2-3 paychecks to get a day of pto, lack of BCBAs, always short handed, expected to onboard kids with lack of staff, if you are not a clinical person your growth is limited for the company.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to know you enjoy working with the clients and your coworkers. Just this year, we started a new PTO accrual plan and added three extra floating holidays to use when it is the most meaningful for you. We understand that there are always opportunities for growth and improvement, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we are consistently looking for new ways to support our employees. Thank you!
