where fun meets innovation - simply the place to be in

- All around growth of the employees - No management politics - Work hard, play hard culture - Unique domain - great experience having top notch guys in industry as your team mates.

Cons

- Just the one that you love being in office more than you love being at home.

Pros

- Only one guy has ever left the company out of 50+ and that was because he was getting married - Great people - Tons of freedom in your job - Big vision - Fast growth - Interesting problems and products to work on - Few meetings - Everyone gets equity (and along) - Enormous respect for leadership

Cons

- Some teams are disparate across the world but we use Google Hangouts which works - Can be chaotic/tons of projects going on at once, most of which don't come to fruition
