Pros

I love working at Bluehost. It is a friendly environment and provides opportunities for advancement if you are willing to work hard.

Cons

Improvement on benefits would be great

Pros

Laid back culture, openness to new ideas, you will get rewarded quickly if you put in good work, in a few years they could be a very big deal

Cons

Management is horrible, benefits are sub-par, the culture is also very aggressive and driven. It's not necessarily part of the culture to be nice, but rather to be results oriented.

Pros

Bluehost is a great company to technical skills. They are constantly striving for technical excellence. They have some of the highest paid kernel, perl, and web developers in the state. The average tech at Bluehost moves on to a much higher level in their next company. Admittedly some techs never catch on, but that is because they never take advantage of the training and they think they deserve a promotion for longevity over skill. If you want to be a technical genius and grow then this is the place.

Cons

Outside a higher than average pay check there are not too many perks. Some of the guys don't like it. I for one prefer seeing all my perks in my pay.
