Having done phone based tech support for other companies, Bluehost had better starting pay and more enjoyable work environment.

Cons

Immediate management was not very knowledgeable.

Pros

The people at Bluehost are some of the nicest you will meet, and they seem to be genuinely interested in helping their employees improve. They understand the work/life balance and will work with you to get a schedule that fits your needs. Full-time and part-time work is available.

Cons

Pay is not competitive for the industry. Bonus structure is the most confusing I have seen in any commission-based company. It is not possible for employees to track their own commissions.
