      customer centric company, decent brands, neighborhood boutique environment

      Cons

      terrible healthcare/maternity leave benefits, upper management doesnt care what is going on in store as long as numbers are up, disjointed leadership structure, lack of support throughout entire leadership structure (too few people doing too many jobs, or no person for a particular job whatsoever), pay is not even close to competitive in relation to what is expected of team members
