Pros

The people that work there were the only pro for me. It was very difficult to leave my coworkers.

Cons

VPs and Directors were a challenge to work with as they were constantly talking crap about one another, causing stress and confusing their employees. Higher ups were constantly making employees uncomfortable, doing personal work for them, dropping everything at a moments notice just to get something over for them only for them to tell you their child could do this better. No opportunity for growth as my boss would never leave the company and the company would never see higher ups as dead weight just constantly saying "yes" when we should be asking "why". It's a "yes, women!" mentality, but there's no maternity leave.

Pros

literally none, this is a garbage company

Cons

so many cons i can’t even begin to write. first off management is completely lacking, there is so much favoritism it’s crazy. you see some employees get every single saturday and sunday off for a month and a half and you have to work them because you’re newer in the company! managers sit down and talk to vendors while they expect you to run the place. very unclear instructions on how to ‘clean the toilets’ had green gloves given to me and instructions after the fact to get the toilets ‘hospital clean’ uh no, you can clean the toilets yourself. managers are sneaky and gossip behind everyone’s back. they become good friends with their subordinates whom feel like they run the place when the manager is not there, girl BYE. so much favoritism, so many politics, company is extremely cheap, not worth working there unless you’re homeless and in need of a job THAT badly. this is a hard pass. most unprofessional company ever. they change the store hours without notice and expect you to stay when you have a life. nope .
