      Some free makeup/skincare, lots of training, opportunities for commission

      Competition between coworkers for commission, lots of push from management to sell M61, the brand that the owner herself makes, and monthly goals are strictly enforced

      Pros

      Constant education by the brands and crazy gratis! If your FT you get PTO/401k which is a huge plus. The prices for services are higher than most spas (i.e. Brows here are $25 where some places range from 7-15) so your commission scale can only go up and tips obviously. If you're patient enough to build a book there you can potentially make a nice paycheck, the bonus when you make your LA/M61 goals. Honestly you have to make the best of what you have don't expect things to be handed to you, work for it. Most complaints I see here are people are the ones that probably where on their way out and most like felt like they where wronged.

      The appointment system is outdated, paper is such as waste here, update your computer system, and when we call or do supply order please give the right amount
