An absolute nightmare!!! Upper management is horrible they use fear and intimidation to control their employees, made promises to new employees to hook them and then it all changes. I've never encountered such rude management, we have been threatened and told we will be fired constantly. They expect us to work 6 days in a row open to close and they say this is normal. They expect you to not have a life and have had issues with employees who go to school, they don't pay for holidays or overtime. Their computer system is old and there is no website to look at your pay stubs or time and attendance. This company is disorganized and treat employees horrible, management do not appreciate anything you and as long as you brown nose you might be ok. Be aware it may sound good when they interview you but it turns out to be a nightmare really fast. The upper management bullies employees.
