Pros

beautiful store, great products great vendor support

Cons

NO regard for employees! Working a 10 hour shift and not providing staff a table or chair to eat..Opening a store working 14 hour with a 10 minute break.. something is wrong.. Being spoken down to and humiliated by DM and Store Director durning operating hours while clients shop in store Never doing anything right always wrong but yet no support from upper management.. Promised commission but advised can be taken away at any time.... Benefits so expensive no one could afford,,, not ONE paid holiday... but yet they expect ... poor communication....terrible pay no paid vacation... need I go on and m61 sucks

Pros

I was a retail associate for under a year before I became a store Manager. There is significant growth with the company expanding. They want to hire within and promote those who show a strong work ethic. There is constant communication on a corporate level. When my store needs something, I can call and receive what I need to make my business thrive. There are no voice mails or prompts, there are people in HQ who want to see the business be successful!

Cons

Vendor Support can be tricky to secure as they are by area and location. Working Retail - weekends, holidays, etc
