Pros

Lots of gratis and products given.

Cons

Immature managers and don't follow the rules of the company. It's more of a power play then a team of workers. Very aggressive in not taking turns in sales especially when it's in a upscale location.

Pros

The vendors are friendly and supportive. They provide good training along with gratis. They offer a substantial variety of luxury brands. The stores are esthetically pleasing and inviting.

Cons

The corporate management is hostile, rude, and uneducated. They don't provide proper training and their expectations are unreasonable. They don't respect their employees and demand that they work long hours without any schedule restrictions. They retaliate against employees like students or parents that need some flexibility. They don't provide office space or break rooms. They expect tedious daily operational forms to be filled out meticulously as well as janitorial duties including cleaning restrooms. Yet at the end of the pay period you can't get your paycheck on time. They lie about pertinent information because they think they are above the law. When you need help HR is not available and when you finally do get a response they are not empathetic to your situation just arrogant . As a result they have a high turn over. No one is valued and your just another work horse .
