Pros
Trainings with vendors and gratis are nice. What else? What else? What else? The pay can be competitive if you ask for it.
Cons
Well.... they just got sued and now will have to pay the employees anywhere from 2k and up for : unpaid wages, unpaid expenses, violation of breaks, violation of law in many aspects. It was a matter of time. Now I hope someone will start a law suit for all the emails that got sent to our personal email and texts on our phones since they never paid our phone bill but we ran business from our devices because there was no other option! Their email doesn't email outside the company! So, go figure..... more to come. Of course they chose to settle versus fight in court. Again, more to come.
