Pros

Good people environment, company seemed to care about their employees through wellness programs, great benefits and unlimited snacks.

Cons

Very strict with monitoring employees. No flexibility whatsoever. Unfortunately I was one impacted by a huge layoff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Bluevine. We are glad to know that you had a positive employee experience while you were here and recognize the care we put into our employee programs and benefits. As Bluevine continues to evolve its banking platform and plan for the sustainable success of the company, this periodically requires a shift in priorities. Sometimes these adjustments call for rebalancing resources from one area of the business to another. We firmly believe in our strategic direction, differentiated market position, and long-term opportunity for Bluevine as we continue our industry leadership and growth trajectory.

Pros

Most of the people are amazing people

Cons

Everything changes fast enough that one day you are told one thing and the next you are in trouble because that is no long the proper way to things. They say ask for help, but then punish you if you ask to often or to early. We need to 'use our resources' even if we haven't been trained on slcertain resources and don't always know what we are looking at.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience at Bluevine. At Bluevine there is a very thoughtful and deliberate approach to how we onboard, educate and prepare our CSA's for their role. Every team member completes 30 days of new hire training. Team members also have a weekly 1:1 with their manager, regular team meetings, and access to a robust procedure library. When changes are launched we provide materials and training, and managers reinforce the changes in team meetings and huddles. As a current employee, I encourage you to continue to use the many tools available to you to find the answers to your questions as you work to provide excellent service and resolve customer requests.
