The company is growing its clientele, while expecting employees to grow without any additional support. The company is more focused on keeping clients happy no matter the cost. Also, the company is trying to implement a new system without the proper people or processes. It is clear the company only researched the software and did not regard any obstacles it would have to anyone except the clients.
