Pros

Boart Longyear is a great place to work in terms of job security, flexibility and making me feel valued as an employee. They communicate well with their employees and keep us well informed. My Manager is supportive.

Cons

I think in some areas staff are not paid according to market related salaries and in others they are paid above market so I would say remuneration as a whole is a slight concern for me.

The support and teamwork available is phenomenal. Opportunity to progress and learn is second to none. Working for Boart Longyear is more than just a way to get paid, its a way of life. I look forward to going to work each day and assisting the team to achieve our goals.

The pay is good, great people on the rigs that I work with daily. True friends! Some really good office staff too, but clicky so beware

Cons

Where do I start... 2 Faced management, HR is horrible and is more full of BS it leaks through their eyes, back stabbing management, ignorant leaders especially the guy who runs Canada. Old boys club who think they are all untouchable. I dont have enough space to write more
