Pros

A lot of freedom to do projects based on own ideas. Strong mid-level managers that encourage new ideas and thinking from their employees.

Cons

Unstable market and frequent fire and hire cycles. The company has no loyalty to long-term employees. I have seen so many talented long-time employees let go just because of a bad economy.

Pros

There is a great group of people to work with and the opportunity to get global experience is a plus. There are lots of locations that you can call home and the pay is very fair for the industry.

Cons

The company hire/fire cycles are crazy. You never know who you might be working for or if you will even have a job tomorrow so there is no stability and thats a hard way to live.
