Really good people in the trenches with you. Solid individuals, great camaraderie with the every day people. Pay is good with flexibility

Cons

Management, in particular Salt Lake City. They pretend they care... Trust me they don't! Its a smoke and mirror game for them. They belittle their staff, no support until its too late and then act like the hero sweeping in to save the day. They have their spreadsheets and Power Point presentations so far up each other butts that they can't see the true issues.they do not care about the employee! Just big salaries with a lot of ego. Stay clear of this company for this reason if no other.
