Pros

7 on 7 off, lots of time off, good people, loved working with everyone. Paid meals and travel, apartment was free and nice to live in. I had good supervisors as well very supportive and were there for any questions or help with learning the drills.

Cons

No breaks, it’s non stop work from when you get ug and at the work site. The machines are also old they need to implement new technology, for a company who basically started percussive drilling they should hire people who are smart and implement computer systems into the drills to enhance the automation.
