Boca Raton Resort & Club reviews

I have heard this is the only website Hilton/HR looks at/cares about/so here you go. Full management turnover has brought this beautiful hotel to be run by unqualified managers who take a lower than average salary. They spend their time eating and drinking bottle water like it’s going out of style. My new boss always tells the staff how much more money the staff makes than him. We used to be given respect, and are ideas heard to help fix problems, and create new menu items. Not anymore. Even our chef who has been here forever is leaving because of the change in leadership. We get yelled at and I fell I don't have a voice anymore within the restaurant. It’s put up or shut up-these were not the values in place when I got hired a couple of years back. I know this place will never be the same, so I guess its time to look for something new. Too bad Boca, I’ve never called out or have I been late, but you guys dropped the ball on me.

nothing to share--- I do not have medical or dental through the Resort, but there are so many other benefits that we have other then health insurance that I use.
