Pros

Friendly environment. Everyone gets along for the most part. Have a cafeteria that provides breakfast lunch and dinner for cheap.

Cons

Management shows favortism amongst certain employees. 30 min lunches are not long enough.

We have an amazing culture here that is like one big family. We have over 100 employees who have worked here for over 10 years. There is so much opportunity to grow professionally in your career not just here at Boca, but within Hilton. I have held 4 different positions here at the Resort so I'm always learning and growing both professionally and personally.

Cons

nothing to share--- I do not have medical or dental through the Resort, but there are so many other benefits that we have other then health insurance that I use.

Pros

Amazing HR team with genuine bonding. Team cares deeply for each other's well being. Very pleasant environment.

Cons

So far no cons. Just the salaries are super low. Salaries are lower than in other hotels, which is hard to believe since it is a Waldorf Astoria resort.
