Even though they keep telling us we are going to get busy, we’re not. You don’t get to keep any additional cash tips or additional gratuities. Everything goes into a tip pool. Bartenders make the same amount as a server. In fact the resort tells guest & members to not give gratuities to the staff. Long days on your feet Management totally ignores staff’s feedback or ideas.

The benefits aren't really that good. they make it look like its this amazing work environment but power hunger to the max. low pay and everything gets pulled. Strict management

Great money during season and potential management opportunities for those who seek them.

Cons

If you're looking to build look into management positions here, I would caution do thorough research. Many managers that I'm friends with have left in mass due to issues with top directors at the resort.
