Wonderful World of Boca Resort

Pros

- it's like Disney -- looks so nice from the outside, until you realize inside operations - fairly flexible with scheduling - co-workers were great, very fun atmosphere - convenient location

Cons

- strange management practices - "let's cover up the smoke, but don't worry extinguishing the fire" mentality - preferential treatment of employees, selectively strict on certain policies - very little genuine praise when due - never know where you stand - virtually non-existent promotional opportunities - non-standard working hours due to hospitality field

The HR makes it sound like a great place to work but it is all fake.

Cons

Senior Leadership have huge EGOS and really could care less about the employees. HR staff lies repeatedly.
