Pros

Great team work. Much improved in policy and procedures from last year. See my manager making improvements with everything in my restaurant.

Cons

Hours are very long. Multiple doubles in a row. Our restaurant is the busiest on property. Everybody works extremely long hours. Servers, rovers, and cooks. The best thing is, the hotel is always busy even in the summer months.

Pros

Great people to work with, beautiful environment, many celebrities visit. Location is conducive to a pleasing setting in which can be very relaxing. Good cafeteria perks for lunch dinner etc.

Pros

Free or discounted golf, resort had some amazing people working for it.

Cons

Not sure that it still does as most higher managers were forced out during the Hilton take over. I hear from current employees and members that it is not what it used to be.
