It is definitely a team environment, and everyone seems to be close like a little hardees family. It takes time to adjust to the lifestyle at first, but once you do, it pays off and there is plenty of support. The job isn't hard, time consuming maybe but not hard. You just have to be dedicated.

Cons

Tiring, you will work hard and be tired once your shift is over. EXTREMELY TIRED Pay could be a notch or two higher...

Free food up to five dollars worth and the pay was every two weeks. Free drinks while you worked,

Cons

Maybe ten hours a week if lucky, Nobody smiles, schedule is made every Monday for that week. The manager is racist.
