      Pros

      Program in Huntsville is new. Great opportunities for growth and exposure. Employees are young, fresh, and eager. Working environment is great. Really no complaints except salary could be a bit more generous to be competitive. But options are great for managers and or recent graduates.

      Cons

      Salary isn't competitive with comparable companies and benefits are a bit underwhelming but decent. As a subsidiary BI&A doesn't have the same benefits or resources as Boeing .
