- Flexible working schedule - Built in Christmas vacation - Engaging work - Easy horizontal mobility

Cons

- Upwards mobility is hard. You are set on tracks for promotions that don't feel is representative of your performance. - It still feels like the company is recovering from the dive and and you can see it reflected in operations.
