Pros

Remained teleworking after Covid, which is a plus. The work is steady, building IAPs and SID/STARs for DoD. Having a cockpit experience is not necessary, although can provide a great jump start and good foundation to the building the product.

Cons

The opportunities to grow upward in the specific program.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and will always find an answer to your questions. Great opportunities for growth and training.

Cons

A couple "bad apples" and managers that dismiss your feelings and act unprofessionally. Those couple "bad apples" aren't enough to make me dislike the company as a whole.
