They are still figuring out how to get HR organized after numerous mergers/reorganizations.

Cons

The company is young and is the result of merging two entities with different business practices. Some internal processes are unclear or cumbersome but are being worked on.

Great pay and benefits. Awesome technical mission that allows employees to really step up show their skills. Management seems to be committed to the success of the employees.

None so far. Maybe they could implement a formal mentorship program for technology leaders.
