Family encouraged with little red tape

Pros

Time with family and "have fun" mentality is strongly encouraged on a routine basis. In addition, pride in our work that makes a difference to our country and those who serve. Flexible schedules are offered, one-on-one's with Mgr for career path setting while up to $15K for tuition/certification/training reimbursement is allotted. This division is now a SUBSIDIARY of Boeing therefore the red tape and high cost is no longer.

The benefits package is phenomenal! The management team are all about the people, and want you to succeed, which filters to the rest of the company. The people here are at the top of their game.

We need better company apparel, even though it is free.
