Great benefits, and they are genuinely trying to do good by their employees

Cons

They advertise as a "small" company feel but ultimately the decisions and direction is from big Boeing. BI&A only exists in Huntsville as a cost saving measure to big Boeing.

They try to keep their people if contracts go away

Cons

With the employees scattered around the DMV a bit, the Maryland personnel are able to take advantage of all the benefits. The rest of us have to drive out of our way for this stuff.
