Pay you for not taking healthcare.

Cons

Horrible off boarding, I literally felt like I was dumped on the side of the road after 8 years with the company. No promotions ever. Only COL increase. No path to management or seniority. Literally never met or met only once several constantly rotating managers. Outdated matrix system. Ignored by midlevel managers when applying for internal jobs. No people skills. A bunch of hangers-on in overhead positions.

From the interview scheduling, the recruitment, to the onboarding, the entire process was made so easy. My recruiter was so pleasant and professional. The interview felt like a friendly dialogue. I am always so nervous at interviewing; but I felt appreciated, valued and completely comfortable to speak to my skills and abilities. The swag bag at orientation made me have such pride in the company. I love displaying the swag. I am genuinely proud to be apart of this Team. The hybrid/remote schedule is absolutely perfect. The equipment provided truly helps you maximize your work to the best extent possible.
