Pros

Health benefits are pretty good and their 401k match is the best I've ever seen. Adding Boeing to your resume is a nice to have especially if you're up and coming. You'll meet some of the nicest and collaborative people if you're lucky.

Cons

Lots of tenured people are basically waiting to get their turn to get promoted to a higher level. Managers aren't necessarily looking to help advance your career as they should unless you're part of their clique. Morale has been even worse in 2021 compared to 2020 when all the layoffs were happening. Technology is also behind the times. It is super political especially in management. Managers call themselves leaders bc they think it's what they are by title but unfortunately, it is just a facade that most people can see right through. They're talking the talk but not walking the walk. Top talent aren't valued and as a result, many leave.
