      Pros

      There is nothing good to say, a slow company with low tech and low pay. The people who stay there mostly stuck there for long time since they could not find job elsewhere

      Cons

      Bad leadership due to lacking experience and technical knowledge. Lack of investment in key technology and the attitude of sleepy giant. They do not see their downturn at all. Their pay is peanut. To cut cost, a lot of jobs have been moving to India.

      Competitive benefits, plenty of job opportunities. Fairly easy to transfer amongst different opportunities within company.

      Cons

      Lack of on the job training/mentoring. Outdated facilities and work furniture. Frequent employee churn amongst different teams. Management unaware of daily activities.

      Things that are positive - benefits, ability to move around to different positions, people/coworkers

      Cons

      culture - just toxic. HUGE gender bias problem from the top down. Different expectations for people based on male or female leading to different levels of mentoring and support. Leaders do not practice what they preach - Seek Speak and Listen - supposedly the new mantra. But the top leaders listen to themselves speak and that's it. Because the company hasnt been doing well they are not giving raises to their people - but can't hire people at what they are paying their current employees and so hiring brand new people at more than the current team is making. Causes more issues. It used to be A LOT better but has gotten worse in the last couple years.
