Pros

Leaders in our space. Great tech. Trying hard to avoid getting absorbed by parent company BAE's beurocratic nonsense. Many very cool branches of tech to learn.

Cons

An annoying amount of bureaucracy trickles down from BAE & the government. Doesn't have the same game company vibe it used to have.

Most of the managements have been placed as managers because of being friends with the COO not because they have had executive coach trainings or trainings to be managers

Yearly raises at industry minimums, severance at minimal courtesy, above average health care but not amazing, 401k

Cons

Bulk of company on foreign soil, mixed messaging from management, who does not engage with lower level employees, cronyism, incentives are laughable, merger/consolidation in progress, no path upward, it's a dead end job that never matched original description, minimal PTO, mediocre bonuses, lagging behind in innovation
