Pros

- Dog friendly office (we have 2-3 dogs in the office on a regular basis) - Great coworkers - Exciting tech - Excellent benefits and perks (performance-based bonuses, breakfast and snacks (fresh fruit), training) - Efficient decision-making since not a lot of bureaucracy

Cons

- Hiring process is pretty intensive and can be stressful but we end up getting good people - We work with globally distributed teams, may require adjusting to time difference - Feeling some growing pains as we expand the capabilities of our enterprise system

Flexible, fun staff, helpful management, great benefits...

Cons

It may be a bit difficult to manage working with our other divisions due to time zone differences, etc. but overall everyone is understanding and make themselves available.
