Bon Secours Mercy Health reviews

I am not religious, but they call themselves a "ministry" instead of a provider of healthcare. It took a minute to get used to that and people praying and talking about Christianity. No one was pushy to me about it which I appreciated. They lean heavily into their beliefs and values and make sure you know them while training. They seemed great! I was really happy and doing well. Then, all of the sudden we are all informed via Zoom that out entire department was getting outsourced, People weren't allowed to raise hands, write comments, or ask questions during the meeting. They went and did the exact opposite of what they claim their values are, TERRIBLE way to treat ~300 loyal and hard working employees.

The education for nurses is lacking.
