Pay, benefits, culture, flexible schedule, management structure, clear department objectives, consideration given to employee suggestions. Catholic founded organization but is inclusive to people of all faiths (I am not Catholic). Educational benefits pay for over 5k in classes and per year if you want to grow your career.

Cons

It is in Portsmouth which means getting hit with tunnel fees possibly. Employee parking is beyond patient parking, but there is a shuttle that runs almost constantly.
