St. Rita's Medical Center is a great place to work with competitive pay.

Cons

I believe the management chose to play favorites. Those few people would get the best hours, and then everyone else would have to fill in. Many people would not come in to work. Many co-workers would abuse FLMA, and would leave us very short staffed.
