Great tuition reimbursement opportunities. Staff is close knit and carefully selected. Pay is slightly higher than competition. Offered great hazard pay and allowed employees time off during natural disaster with monetary bonus.

Cons

Health benefits are mediocre at best. PTO accrual. Overtime is no longer allowed.
