      Great product, No Sunshine because it is a supplement, Specialty calls,

      Cons

      Company appears to be setting up to be sold, Goals high but no help to meet them, not much trust between management and sales, Massive turnover including management and probably more to come. Low wages, many unkept promises. Very poor Upper level management

      Great products to sell. Calling on OB/GYNs. Company allows reps the opportunity to manager their own territory, no micro management.

      Small start up that that is still getting the kinks out in regards to incentive comp, marketing materials and benefits.

      Pros

      JDS allows employees to take on responsibility upon joining. Given the small team and corporate ambitions, there are always new projects to work on. The management team is very seasoned but they care about everyone's thoughts and opinions - its good to know that they care about your thoughts and ideas.

      Commute is tough from NYC
