Pros

Very supportive team, technology forward with opportunity for growth. Direct access to leadership is a plus. The team truly cares about both patients and client / team experience.

Cons

As an early stage company there are some hiccups with growth but nothing unexpected.

Pros

Very team oriented, clinics have great ambiance and environment that is calming to both patients and clients, transparency with costs with clients, many educational and learning opportunities offered to team members

Cons

As the company continues to grow and develop, there have been a lot of transitions and turnovers in leadership, which the communication of such changes are not always streamlined down to the clinic teams effectively.

-Rapid growth means processes and communication from HQ can sometimes feel a little disorganized
