Company is going downhill

Pros

Great people in the clinics

Cons

Unfortunately, the company has taken a sharp turn in the wrong direction. Cost-cutting has become the main priority, at the expense of both team morale and quality of care. Leadership seems more focused on saving money and automating processes than supporting the humans who make the business run. AI and automation are being introduced in ways that replace meaningful roles, not enhance them. What was once a collaborative, mission-driven culture now feels corporate and cold.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Bond Vet, our focus is on advancing pet care and giving pets and their families the best experience possible. As we lean into technology to support that mission, some roles and processes have changed, but we remain committed to supporting our teams and keeping a people-first culture at the heart of everything we do. We appreciate your perspective and the time you took to share your experience. —The Bond Vet Team

Pros

I have worked in Veterinary practices for over 35 yrs. I have been with Bond for 9 months and I am blown away by how supportive the virtual leadership is. They listen to ideas and will actually implement the good ones very quickly. They also care about how we are doing mentally, and help to relieve any pain points. Truly an excellent company wanting to help their employees as much as their pet families.

Cons

It's hard to come up with a con, The only mention would be there are many procedure changes we need to learn, as the company consistently reevaluates how to achieve the Gold Standard of care and procedures. I believe this is good business sense, and I do not see it as a Con...it just keeps us on our toes.
