Pros

I couldn't be happier with a company. I came from a toxic work environment, so coming to a place where the company genuinely cares is a great feeling. My managers are very accommodating, and my teammates are very supportive. This is a big learning hospital and everyone is willing to teach and pass techniques and/or information along. My team is like my second family and I'm extremely happy with what Bond has to offer us.

Cons

I wish there was more swag for the staff, or a website made for staff to purchase swag. I personally don't like scrub tops all that much so sweatshirts or quarter zips are my go to.

Pros

Fantastic in hospital support staff, incredibly adorable swag, decent compensation for the industry, discounted diagnostics/services/products, room for advancement, most managers very approachable, many staff after work and in work activities provided. Great snack selection, lunch provided on weekends and holidays.

Cons

Sick time/PTO is bundled and given at once, not accrued, which seems problematic for chronic illnesses, the walk-in/appointments can often result in overscheduling, adding stress to the team and causing overtime and longer work days, occasionally rerouted to other hospitals, which can add additional travel times.

Pros

Working at Bond Vet has been a positive experience. My team has great support and leadership which gives us the motivation to grow as a whole. Bond promotes growth in our positions which gives us the opportunity to expand in our careers. Overall our work ethic promotes a happy work place and good medicine for our patients.
