Pros

Everything Bond does is directed with a mission on caring for pets. The company makes sure to provide with as much learning and CE as possible. For myself the opportunity for growth as well as furthering my education was a huge deal. There is free food on weekends and holidays for in clinic team. Positive culture, fun events, lots of room for growth. I appreciate their sensitivity to provide a work and life balance as well. You definitely don't see that in many companies in this industry.

Cons

Location can be tricky, for as many locations as they have that means staff is required and not often a location you may want will be available. Hours are set therefore you have to work yourself around that.

Pros

I have been with Bond for over a year and I have had a very positive experience. Being in the industry for a long time it can be very draining. In the past, as someone in a management position, I have not been given the opportunity to advocate on behalf of my team members. Working in multiple sites is challenging but in a good way. It give you stills required for growth in the industry. Although we are sometimes understaffed, we have more staff on an average day that any of my other clinics outside of Bond. We still need to navigate through some challenging industry norms however, knowing the conversations are happening to improve things is re-assuring.

Cons

5 day work weeks for managers Lots of updates you need to catch up on quickly Experiences with departmental mis-alignment
