      - High quality medicine and strong clinical standards. Emphasis on patient care. - New graduate mentorship program is a one of the strongest qualities - Stand out brand marketing

      Cons

      - Direction of the company feels short-sighted, with no long-term planning - Company tends to be reactive rather than proactive - Communication from the support office to clinics is often unclear. And at times, corporate decision-making feels self serving while impact on clinics isn’t always clear
