Pros

Great dynamic use of workflows—From client being greeted at reception, to assistant taking pertinent history, to the appointment technician scribing for DVM in exam during appt, to the treatment technician preparing and executing any diagnostics/Tx’s—How the flow of day-to-day appointments operates was seamless. Easy to navigate EMR platform and was very thorough in medical recording of exam, diagnostics, treatments, medications, etc. Communication was easy to maintain throughout hospital due to the use of Slack Has all up-to-date equipment Any equipment you needed to help support your job duties was met with acknowledgement and improvement. High pay compared to other hospitals — plus bonus incentives for additional income during regular schedule. Provides snacks and drinks for employees at all times.

Cons

Negative work environment—No team morale/spirit. Environment/Culture was somewhat toxic—cliques, techs/asst’s bad talking other techs/asst’s (same with CSR team)… there was always the blame game being thrown around when something went wrong… instead of focusing on the problem and trying to implement a solution, it was more pertinent to figure out who made the mistake instead of why. Bond Vet preaches about mental health—but when I had to resign from my position due to my mental health condition, I was shown no empathy and was given no resources for help. I was told that I could apply for future jobs at Bond Vet and be accepted back—I’ve applied for a couple LVT positions at different locations as well as Remote CSR/LVT call center rolls and have NEVER been given the opportunity for an interview since my resignation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your positive feedback about our clinical workflows, technology, and the resources provided to support patient care. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with team culture and support did not reflect the environment we aim to create. A respectful, collaborative, and supportive workplace is a priority for Bond Vet, and feedback like this helps identify where we need to continue improving, particularly around communication, accountability, and mental health support. While we can’t address individual situations publicly, we take concerns about empathy, leadership support, and rehire clarity seriously and are continuously reviewing our practices to do better for our teams. We appreciate your candid feedback and wish you the best moving forward. -The Bond Vet Team

Pros

none, only getting worse by the day

Cons

This company is NOT a startup. They were a startup 5-6 years ago and are now owned by private equity. This company pays for false reviews. There is not a real HR department only outsourced third-party vendors. The so-called “HR” team they reference consists of 2–3 individuals who are consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to employees. Reaching out to them is a waste of time and often makes situations worse. They should be ashamed of how they treat their own staff. Leadership should be extremely concerned. Entire teams are fired with no plan in place, prices are increased for hardworking families, and employee well-being is treated as an afterthought all while corporate leadership hides behind closed doors making changes without notice. Easier to be absent than face the reality of their own decisions. Meanwhile, Joe (President and CFO) thought it was a great idea for a veterinary clinic to secure a marketing deal with the New York Giants. The priorities here are completely misaligned. This truly shows the nature of this company. Go Joe.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We recognize that feedback like this reflects real frustration, and we take concerns about employee experience and leadership seriously. We want to offer some context around a few of the topics raised. Our marketing efforts, including partnerships with organizations like the New York Giants, are intended to increase brand awareness in communities where Bond Vet is still growing. The goal of these initiatives is to support local clinics by bringing in new clients, strengthening clinic sustainability, and investing back into our teams. Events such as player meet-and-greets were held in specific locations to help build visibility and engagement where it was most needed. Transparency and trust are important to us. We encourage honest feedback from clients and employees, as it plays a critical role in helping us identify areas for improvement and hold ourselves accountable. As a growing healthcare organization, we currently operate with a mix of internal HR team members and external partners. While this model is common, we understand that the effectiveness of support and communication matters far more than structure alone. Feedback about how employees experience HR interactions is taken seriously, and we continue working to improve how we listen, respond, and provide support. Bond Vet is veterinarian-led, and decisions are made with careful consideration of medical quality, patient care, long-term sustainability, and the well-being of our teams. We acknowledge that periods of change — including pricing decisions, organizational shifts, and growth — can be challenging, and we recognize the importance of clear communication and thoughtful planning during these moments. We know there is always more work to do. We remain committed to learning, improving, and engaging more openly with our teams. We encourage continued feedback through internal channels so concerns can be addressed directly and constructively. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. -Bond Vet Leadership

Pros

The clinic manager position allows for a lot of flexibility in your day to day schedule. You choose your hours that work best to support your teams and personal life. Pay is competitive and benefits are great. Regional leadership is supportive and you develop relationships with other clinic managers who can help guide you when needed.

Cons

This is a start up company so you must be prepared for change. Change is not negative but it can happen quickly so having adaptive skills would be best.
