Pros

Social Solutions has now become Bonterra. The leaders at this company are so supportive & help form career paths for wherever you want to go. Credit is given where it's due. A lot of inclusivity with our culture + engagement

Cons

Could pay better, but after this big merger & rebranding of Bonterra, I believe it's starting to get better.
