Pros

Fun job with great products to sell. Loved having sales and bonus incentives and working with management. Boot Barn loves to promote from within and I always felt appreciated.

Cons

Pay. You generally start at the bottom and the hourly starting pay is much lower than other retailers in the area. Unfortunately this also means you end up with lazy co-workers with horrible attendance sometimes. The only reason I left is because of pay though. While I felt I was paid well for my position, retail is just hard to make a long-term living at.
