Stores are mismanaged, manager had NO people skills and could not keep employees.

OK, Could Be Better

Pros

-big on internal promotions -lots of room for growth -easygoing atmosphere -employee discount… obviously

Cons

-HR is pretty much useless -new pay rates take too long to go through -managers get worked to the bone and rarely get a break -EXTREMELY rude customers, and employees are expected to just take it with a smile -company policy on firing/reprimanding employees for misconduct, etc is far too lenient (too much “gray area”)
