      Regular hours, great benefits package, work with good people, overall positive experience working here.

      Cons

      Office politics sometimes played a role, but not more than any office environment.

      Nice people, solid financials, good clients

      Cons

      Immediate results only are accepted. Longer term gains apparently not recognized -- not even long enough to get to trial or settle the cases (though my employe was mid-Great Recession, so this may no longer apply). Office support as a new associate is last in line behind existing paralegals.
